WHISKEYS

Whisky (Scots English) or whiskey (Irish English) is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash. Different grains are used for different varieties, including barley, malted barley, rye, malted rye, wheat, and corn. Whisky is aged in wooden casks with different degrees of toast, or charred insides, to impart coloration and flavor. Whiskeys are made around the world everywhere that grains are grown.

Johnnie Walker Black Scotch Whiskey - With its origins in the 1870s, Old Special Whisky, Johnnie Walker Black Label became simply "Black Label" in 1909. The Whisky Bible called it "the Savoy, the Everest of deluxe whiskies" and it remains a favorite.

Cutty Sark Scotch Whiskey - Light and delicate, this is a great drink for those just learning about scotch whiskeys.

Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey - Earthy smooth spice, cherry nutty fruity butterscotch, light oaky taste, finish sweet. That's what they say and we totally agree.

Bushmills Irish Whiskey - The distillery started in 1608 and they know what they're doing. Renowned for its fruit and spice aroma with vanilla notes, finishing with flavors of creme brulee and pie spice. It's legendary.

Jameson Irish Whiskey - The best selling Irish Whiskey in the world. Full flavor and smooth character you can always rely on. Traditional Pure Pot Still component combining malted barley and unmalted (green) barley.

Jack Daniels Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey - Charcoal is what gives Tennessee whiskey its unique character - and no - it is not bourbon! This classic is as good as ever so if you've not had a dram for a while reacquaint yourself with an American classic.

Jim Beam Bourbon - For 213 years Jim Beam has been making its flagship bourbon for something a little more rustic and pure. Another American classic that still stands true to please your palate!

Basil Hayden Bourbon - "Basil Hayden is one of the best ultra-premium bourbons that you can find. It's a good example of what a classic bourbon is like. It's absolutely brilliant." - Spirit Journal

Knob Creek Bourbon - Named after Abraham Lincoln's boyhood home in Kentucky, Knob Creek is truly bourbon at its finest. Created to represent whiskey before it was mass produced, Knob Creek embodies the look, feel and taste of pre-prohibition bourbon. This full-bodied, flavorful bourbon takes classic cocktails to a new level.

Maker’s Mark Bourbon - Aromas of exotic fruit and honey, fruit cake and oak. In the mouth it's lush, pleasingly deep and malty. A firm nuttiness adds extra body to the toffee. A constant class act.

Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon - This bourbon is rich and deep with flavor that is remarkably smooth. Assertive with hints of light oranges, mint, hot peppers and tones of sweet tobacco. The finish is long, warm and nutty like well toasted whole wheat bread.

Woodford Reserve Bourbon - Fruity rye, gentle vanilla, toffee and honey with a spicey ending. Additional flavors of cocoa, oak finale and burnt toast touched with honey.

We enjoy bringing you a great selection of carefully chosen whiskeys from around the globe. If you have a particular favorite, please bring it to our attention. Please drink responsibly!
