GIN

Gin is a spirit whose predominant flavor is derived from juniper berries. Although several different styles of gin have existed since its origin, gin is currently found in two categories. Discerning palettes drink gin crafted in the traditional manner of re-distilling neutral spirit with juniper berries and other botanicals.

Bombay - A popular gin characterized by spice and citrus with a silky delicate texture. Elegantly blended and exquisitely balanced.

Bombay Sapphire - A gentle, aromatic taste layered with zesty citrus, delicate nutty oils, rich exotic spices and a hint of sweetness ending with light lavender notes and a long peppery finish.

Hendricks - A small-batch gin hand-crafted in Scotland, with an infusion of cucumber and rose petals. Both unique and beautiful in essence, once you try it you will always be a fan.

Tanqueray - Flavors of angelica, juniper and coriander, this classic makes the perfect Gin &Tonic gin.

Tanqueray Ten - This extraordinarily complex gin show cases white grapefruit, orange, lime, coriander, cardamom, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme...and of course juniper. Amazing depth and clarity all at the same time!

Dry Fly - Super-premium Gin made in Washington. Citrus, lavender, and apples show off this very complex craft product that balances aromatics and a very herbal, earthy dry finish with mint tones.
