We have an extensive menu of specialty and signature cocktails expertly crafted by our team of mixologists made only from the freshest ingredients. If you have a favorite of your own, please don't hesitate to ask our bartenders or servers.

Jamaican - Appleton Jamaican Rum, Campari, Muddled Lime and Ginger Beer. Served tall over ice.

Pomegranate Cosmopolitan - Ketel One Vodka, Fresh Pomegranate Juice, Cointreau & Fresh Lime Juice. Shaken, served up.

Sage Greyhound - Absolut Ruby Red, Grapefruit Juice, and Muddled Fresh Sage. Served tall over ice.

Cucumber Martini - Hendrick’s Gin or Ketel One Vodka, Fresh English Cucumber Puree & Fresh Lemon Juice. Shaken, served up.

Mint Lemonade - Appleton White Rum, Muddled Mint, Fresh Lemon Juice and Soda. Served tall, over ice.

Roy Street Tea - Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka, Fresh Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup. Served tall over ice.

Chartreuse Cocktail - Bombay Gin, Chartreuse Verte, Muddled Lemons & Fresh Thyme. Shaken, served up.

Limoncello Cocktail - Limoncello, Galliano, Muddled Lemons and Club Soda. Served tall over ice.

Pear Sidecar - St. Remy VSOP Brandy, Pear Liqueur, Fresh Pear Coulis & Fresh Lemon Juice. Shaken, served up.

Bellini - Fresh Peach Coulis, Sparkling Brut & Peach Liqueur. Served in a Champagne flute.

TCB - Tequila, Creme de Casis, Muddled Basil, Splash of Ginger Ale. Served tall, over ice.

Citrus Lillet - Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, & Fresh Lemon Juice. Served short, over ice.

Kir Martini - Ketel One Vodka, Lillet Blanc & Créme de Cassis. Shaken, served up.

Tiramisu - Tuaca Italian Liqueur, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Coffee & Cream. Shaken, served up.
