“This is one of my FAVORITE places to have drinks with friends. The location in the amazingly adorable Queen Anne area makes it the perfect spot to meet up. The drinks are always good (my personal favorite is the Sage Greyhound) and the service is untouchable as far as bars go. The interior is so cozy you feel like you're sitting in someone's living room having an intimate talk, no matter how many people are around you (it's always packed).”

“The Sitting Room manages to turn a space in fairly plain and unexciting building into a bar that feels like it was plucked out of 1940s Paris, or so I like to tell myself. Everything about the atmosphere is sexy and awesome - the dim lighting, the yellow walls, the section with vintage furniture, the french posters (especially a fan of the "la vache qui rit" one), and the light up globe at the end of the bar.”

“I come here to drink, to bask in the company of friends, to talk (which can be difficult sometimes - it's so loud inside!), and then drink some more. I've only eaten here once, don't like to dull the effects of the alcohool too much ;), and found the cheese plate and the lox (with capers!) to be an excellent nibbling experience. Try the Tiramisu cocktail if you need a chocolate fix. Icily delightful.”
